The II FICP (2025) will take place in Salvador, Bahia, organized by the Public Security Secretariat of the State of Bahia (SSP-BA) and the Arrecife Institute.
The 2nd International Forum on Police Sciences (FICP 2025), which will take place on October 30 and 31, 2025 at SENAI/CIMATEC in Salvador (BA), consolidates itself as the main innovation event in public security, bringing together national and international experts after the success of the 2024 edition (Rio de Janeiro), which attracted 1,000 in-person and online participants, representing 20 states and 6 countries.
With the central theme “Police Intelligence and New Technologies in the Fight Against Crime,” FICP BAHIA 2025 will address, through roundtables and panels, topics such as Intelligence-Oriented Policing (IOP) and the 5i Model, Integrated Command and Control Centers, Cybersecurity and Digital Investigation, Image Management and Facial Recognition, Organized Crime and Criminal Analysis, and Emerging Technologies for Policing. The event will feature exhibitor booths, integrating security agents, technology companies, legal experts, researchers, academics, and public managers.
Organized by the Public Security Secretariat of the State of Bahia and the Arrecife Institute, FICP 2025 will promote the modernization of police forces through artificial intelligence, big data, and inter-institutional cooperation, highlighting technological solutions, integration between sectors, and successful case studies from Brazil and abroad.
