The Arrecife Institute was one of the supporting institutions of the seminar "Niterói: Heritage, Memory and Innovation," which celebrated the city's more than 450 years and featured a unique exhibition.
The Seminar was organized by the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the State of Rio de Janeiro (SECTI-RJ), with funding from FAPERJ, and was organized by Luiz Ramiro and Maria Clara Machado, on June 25 and 26, 2024.
In addition to the conferences and lectures, the organization brought an exhibition of historical postcards from the collection of Breno Zarranz, "Niterói in postcards: landscapes, transformation, education and religion," which also took place on the premises of the Portuguese Club, in Ingá.
The booklet was published under the Arrecife Institute imprint and can be found in digital format here.
